They formed the artisanal food brand in Boston in 2018 around a buttery chew, a soft brioche-like interior and a traditional Bavarian crust. Its stated business home is Waltham, MA.
That promise is expressed through a handcrafted soft pretzel made with high-quality ingredients and no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. In their place is a light, airy brioche-style center paired with the recognizable structure of a traditional Bavarian-style crust.
